Banana and Cinnamon Overnight Oats

No excuses for missing breakfast! It truly is the most important meal of the day. So rev up that metabolism with this super simple glass of overnight oats. It’s scrumptiously energising, and looks a little bit like sick. Sorry – truth hurts! But, I promise promise it tastes sensational. Enjoyyy!



• 1 banana
• 8 raspberries
• 2 tbsps of oats
• 250ml almond milk
• ½ teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon flaxseed
• 1 tsp vanilla essence


Start by slicing off a small end of the banana and leave to one side to be used later as a garnish.

Mash the larger segment into a purée.

In a mixing bowl, whisk the milk, cinnamon and vanilla essence. Add the mashed banana, oats and flax seed and stir until combined.

Mash the raspberries using the back of a fork, and add them to the bottom of a glass or jar. Then top with the oaty banana mixture. Finally slice the remaining 1/4 of banana to decorate the top.

Leave in the fridge to set overnight for a scrumptious ready to go breakfast that gets to leaping out of bed.
